Our Philosophy
Here at RMCC we believe all law abiding citizens should have the right to carry a firearm. Regardless of your reason for carrying, whether it's to protect your family, friends, community, or your own personal protection; carrying a firearm and learning how to use it contributes to a peaceful and healthy society. You don't need to be an expert marksman, but you will need a willingness to learn and maintain the proper mindset, attitude, and understanding of how to shoot, carry, and manipulate your firearm safely. Our chief instructor has had hundreds of formal training hours from various former Navy SEALs, private security contractors, and SWAT members; not to mention training with some of the biggest trainers in the world, such as Tom Givens with Rangemaster, James Yeager with Tactical Response , Craig Douglas with Shivworks, Massad Ayoob with Massad Ayoob Group, Andy Stanford with OPS, Chuck Haggard with Agile Defense and more! At the very least all RMCC instructors are nationally certified NRA pistol instructors, well exceeding the Colorado state requirements to teach CCW or CHP classes. As an RMCC instructor we believe in a non-itimadating, engaging, and informative class. Striving to stay on the cutting edge, our instructors are consistently taking new firearms training classes, enhancing the curriculum for our students.
