This course is geared towards people who wish to take their CCW class from the comforts of their own home or business. Every CCW class we teach focuses on the judicial use of lethal force, and more specifically, how that translates to the Colorado citizen. Being that our home and business course is a private course, we can tailor course material to cover specific questions your group has, this allows us to put an emphasis on subjects you wish to cover in more depth. As a standard, all classes will discuss drawing from concealment, choosing your pistol and ammunition, holster considerations, Colorado specific state laws for permit holders, where one can carry your firearm legally, use of lethal force, justification of lethal force, where permits are valid, and how to obtain your permit after class. Various thought exercises will be presented to the student to provoke critical thinking of what a lethal encounter may look like, and most importantly, how the student should approach the situation. (THIS CLASS WILL CERTIFY YOU FOR A CONCEALED HANDGUN PERMIT IN THE STATE OF COLORADO)

The NRA basic pistol course is derived directly from the National Rifle Association curriculum. This class is perfect for the inexperienced pistol shooter who wishes to learn more about firearms or wishes to obtain a concealed carry permit (this class will qualify for a CCW or CHP permit). In this class we will go over shooting fundamentals, shooting safety, range safety, main components of a pistol, different types of handguns, different types of ammunition, holsters, carry position, shooting stance, pistol safety, function of a pistol, potentially hazardous pistol malfunctions, proper shooting grip, and much more.
